Premio Davide Vignali. 10 anni

The Premio Davide Vignali for young talents in the visual arts turns 10 this year, and for the occasion, it’s enriched not only by the works of the winners, but also by numerous projects from past editions and the creative effort of the late Davide Vignali, who died prematurely in 2011.

Also this year, the Award promoted by Fondazione Modena Arti Visive, Vignali Family and Istituto di Istruzione Superiore A.Venturi of Modena, establishes itself as an innovative platform, which makes experimentation and creative freedom its stylistic and recognizable feature.

This year, 80 young talents took part in the call, launched by proposing a stimulus that would disturb static or moving images that tell about their physical and inner world. The jury included artist and photographer Francesco Jodice, Doriano and Marisa Vignali, Davide’s parents, and teaching staff from the educational department of FMAV and IISA Venturi.
