Stefano Unterthiner | On assingment, a wild life
14 December 2019 - 2 June 2020
The evocative nature images, taken by the photographer for National Geographic Magazine between 2009 and 2019, are a journey to discover the wonders of the animal kingdom in remote and wild places on the planet.
Ten reportages are on display, the result of as many expeditions to uncontaminated corners of the Earth: portraits of species such as the wild swan in Japan, the royal penguin in the Crozet archipelago, the puma in the Andes in Chile, the tropical terns in the Seychelles, which are in danger of disappearing, or the entellus, venerated primate of India struggling to survive.
