MFR19 ǀ Mese della fotografia Roma

Rome, capital of photography for an entire month. In March, the city will present over 250 free initiatives, including exhibitions, meetings with photographers, workshops and lectures. The photographers involved are more than 450, among the others Franco Fontana, Ernesto Bazan, Fabrizio Ferri, Paolo Beltrame, Andrea Attardi, Paolo Cusano, Claudio Palmisano. Ideated by the Faro-Fotografia association, the event have the whole city as a stage, involving museums, galleries, universities, associations, libraries, schools, shops, photographic studios. Strong interest on social issues, with projects such as “Frammenti di libertà”, promoted by Scatto Libero and realized in Rebibbia by the detainees.
