DESCRIPTION:On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Mario Giacomelli’s death\, an exhibition in his town\, Senigallia\, celebrates his work. Hosted at Palazzo del Duca and curated by ONO Arte\, combines 20 famous images by Giacomelli with 90 shots by great photographers of the twentieth century\, proposing a reconnaissance\, albeit partial\, in the world of photography contemporary to the author\, enhancing his originality and depth: Robert Doisneau\, Gianni Berengo Gardin\, Brassaï\, Henri Cartier-Bresson\, Kikuji Kawada\, Jacques Henri Lartigue\, Herbert List\, Nino Migliori\, Paolo Monti\, Leo Matiz\, Ara Güler. \nAnother section of the exhibition\, hosted at Palazzetto Baviera\, tells the story of the Misa group where Giacomelli took his first steps. \n  \n
