DESCRIPTION:From October 14th to November 28th 2021\, the fifth edition of the biennial dedicated to photography and industry will be open to visitors in Bologna; there are several exhibitions dedicated to the main topic chosen for this year: food. \nFondazione MAST\, promoter of the project\, will host one of the 11 exhibitions scattered in the historical places of the Emilian city. As many are the photographers presented\, whose works deal with the theme of food and the relationship that man establishes with it (in the broadest possible sense). \nHistory and cultures\, tradition and innovation\, family and industrial economies\, single and environmental impact that the food industry can have on a local or global level\, as well as large fast food chains\, fishing and intensive farming… these are just some of the current and contemporary issues that are immortalized in the shots of the photographers involved\, in an attempt to rethink the opinion of the viewer and the general public and make them more aware of the food world that surrounds them every day. \n
