Massimo Sestini | L’aria del tempo

On display about 40 large and medium format photographs, which Sestini, one of the most appreciated photojournalists in our country, has realized by immortalizing Italy in an unusual way: from above.

News, natural beauties, dramas, political events, tragedies and moments of leisure: the author creates an itinerary to discover the thousand aspects of Italy, proposing it from a new point of view and playing to overturn our visual perceptions, thanks to the amplified impact of perpendicular shot. The exhibition, curated by Alessandra Mauro, includes photographs ranging from the sinking of the Costa Concordia, to the Pope’s funeral, to mid-August on the Ostia beach.
