Daniele Villa Zorn, The Divine Tourist

Leporello Books in Rome will display the oneiric and modernist work of the Roman artist Daniele Villa Zorn, who makes of collage and its interpretation his stylistic signature.

The project The Divine Tourist consists of a series of analogical collages whose iconography is particularly inspired by photos taken from travel books and guidebooks, in which the landscape seems to exist in a timeless universe, rarefied and constructed, through which the artist from Rome travels and moves freely challenging the laws of space and time, mixing and reshuffling places and historical periods.

Together with the exhibition of the visual and performative work of Daniele Villa Zorn, will also be presented books and a series of workshops focused on collage, its history and its use in contemporary art.
